After years of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care, I saw firsthand how many parents were struggling to find compassionate, judgment-free breastfeeding support that truly felt personal. Too often, families were left overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure where to turn during one of the most vulnerable seasons of life.
That’s why Inland Empire Lactation was created.
Founded by Licensed Midwife Tayna Chessman, Inland Empire Lactation was built to provide calm, evidence-based feeding support for families throughout Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, and the surrounding Inland Empire communities. My approach combines professional maternal health experience with real-world postpartum support — helping families feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.
